Objectives of this Role

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously improve, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms
  • Continuously find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/medias/sites etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for all candidates and represent Omasta and our values.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants’ relevant skills and knowledge, experience and aptitudes
  • Remote/Hybrid in Gothenburg

You should have:

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate both written and spoken, in English and/or Swedish (not necessary, but plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office or GoogleDocs, LinkedIn and database management, and internet search
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed (UK/Sweden) 2/3 times a year
