We are looking for a Recruiter who can support the process from A-Z. We are looking for an experienced person, preferably with a digital and/or Automotive background.
Objectives of this Role
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Continuously improve, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms
- Continuously find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/medias/sites etc.
- Act as a point of contact for all candidates and represent Omasta and our values.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants’ relevant skills and knowledge, experience and aptitudes
- Remote/Hybrid in Gothenburg
You should have:
- Experience in recruitment or human resources
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate both written and spoken, in English and/or Swedish (not necessary, but plus)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office or GoogleDocs, LinkedIn and database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
- Ability to travel as needed (UK/Sweden) 2/3 times a year
